Sugar Quay, London

A new £400 million, 280,193 sq ft residential development Landmark which replaces the 1970's tate and Lyle Sugar Quay building located on the bank of the River Thames by Tower Bridge.
The new concrete framed structure will comprise 165 residential apartments across 11 storeys, a mixed use ground floor incorporating residential facilities and amenities, and a waterfront commercial unit.
The use of 3D BIM technology will be heavily used on the project due to the archaeological restraints on the site.
